Whether you have a flat tire or need a jump start, Roadside Dispatch®1 makes it easy to get back on the road. The pay-per-use 24/7 roadside assistance program is available to all members with a Civic Visa® consumer debit or credit card, or a business debit or credit card.
No worrying if you’re eligible, no sign-up required, no annual fees, and no limits on usage. Just help when you need it most with these set-price services:
- Standard towing (up to 5 miles included2)
- Tire changing (must have a good, inflated spare)
- Jump starting
- Lockout service (no key replacement)
- Fuel delivery (up to 5 gallons, plus the cost of fuel)
- Standard winching

If you feel you are in an unsafe location, Roadside Dispatch will advise you to hang up and call 911. If you are not able to dial 911, they will call the non-emergency police number in your area and remain on the phone with you until the police arrive.
