For Purchase Security, you can call the Visa Benefit Administrator at 1-800-848-1943 within 60 days of your item being damaged or stolen. Outside the U.S., call collect at 1-303-967-1096.

For Extended Warranty Protection, register the original purchase immediately by calling 1-800-848-1943, or calling collect outside the U.S. at 1-303-967-1096. Claims can be filed at these same numbers.
