To bank securely by phone anytime without the assistance of a representative, you can record your ‘voice print’ and use voice authentication to confirm your identity.

Report a lost or stolen card
You can request live card support, utilize bank-by-phone options, activate debit or credit cards, record your "voice print" for banking-by-phone options, move money, make loan payments, and inquire about balances.
Speech or hearing differences
If you are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Blind, or have Speech Differences use the Text-Telephone (TTY) service from Relay North Carolina.

Our locations are closed on holidays to give employees more time with family and friends, and in their community. But we’re digital! (So you already know we’re never really closed.) You can always manage your accounts with the Civic app, online or at an ATM near you.
