Always-on banking, at your fingertips, so you can connect your way
Secure message
If you have a question that requires you to send confidential or personal account-related information, you can log in to the Civic app or online banking to send us a secure message.
Bank by phone
Bank securely by phone anytime without the assistance of a representative. You can report a lost or stolen card, activate debit or credit cards, move money, make loan payments, and inquire about balances. You can also record your secure voiceprint for faster service the next time you call!
Chat
Our chatbot Vic is always ready to help. Just click the "Hi, let's talk" button at the bottom of any Civic page to ask questions and get information on products, online banking, cash solutions, and more. Or, use voice chat in the Civic app1 when you need quick answers.
Call
If you need to talk to a real person, call the Experience Center and speak directly with a representative who cares.

Text1 with an Experience Center representative when you can't talk on the phone, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please do not send confidential or personal account information via text messages.
Plus, you can sign up to receive text alerts and notifications about your accounts.

Holiday schedule
Our locations are closed on holidays to give employees more time with family and friends, and in their community. But we’re digital! So you already know we’re never really closed. You can always manage your accounts with the Civic app, online or at an ATM near you.

Does Civic have branches?
Yes Civic branches are open in Ahoskie, Asheville, Charlotte, Durham, Greensboro, Greenville, Hickory, Lumberton, Murphy, Raleigh and Wilmington. With digital and in-person options, you can bank your way with a personal touch, always. Come say hi!
What accounts are required for membership?
All members are required to have a Savings Account. This account requires a minimum deposit of $25.
Why is voice authentication useful?
With voice-activated banking, you can securely verify your account balances, transfer funds between accounts, and inquire about the status of loan applications without requiring passwords, PINs, or assistance from an Experience Center representative.
How do I fund my accounts?
You can open your new account by using a debit card, credit card, personal check or electronic transfer from another financial institution.
Can I be voice printed on more than one account?
Yes, you can.
