Board of Directors

Committed to our members
Unlike for-profit financial institutions, the Board of Directors is made up of volunteers elected by and from among the membership.

Meet the members of the Board of Directors

They bring decades of local government experience and accomplishments to their Board roles, which helps them lead the credit union as a business, from setting its policies to appointing our CEO — and they’re volunteers.

The volunteer perspective is the key to our Board’s leadership

Elected by the membership, our Directors are here to listen, and to represent your best interests. They are Civic members who believe in local government, like you. And they serve with your prosperity in mind, always.

Each Board Director is elected by and from among the credit union's membership. These men and women perform key audit and decision-making functions, set policies for Civic, and appoint its CEO and members of the Supervisory and Loan Committees.
