What you can expect at Civic branches
At each branch, you’ll have access to an interactive center offering how-to demonstrations and technology training. Our credit union staff will be available to help you identify solutions to your needs and help you build your skills and comfort level with online banking!
You’ll also have the ability to do the things you do online, in person:
- Deposit checks and transfer money
- Make loan payments
- Open and close accounts and loans
- Make updates to accounts and loan maintenance, like changing an address, beneficiaries, joint owners, etc.
Plus, you’ll be able to make cash transactions and pick up cashier’s checks.
