Civic FCU does not impose a fee with this service; however, you may incur additional charges for standard messaging rates and data from your wireless carrier. The frequency of message reception may vary, depending on account activity and user’s own communication with Civic FCU.
Messaging Failures
Civic FCU is not responsible for any undelivered or delayed text messages, as mobile network services and all related communication malfunctions are outside Civic FCU’s control. This service may not be available through all wireless carriers. Text message services are provided on an as is, as available basis.
Changes to SMS Terms and Conditions
Civic FCU may revise these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the text message service following any changes will act as an acceptance of those changes. We may discontinue the text message service at any time without notification to you.
Information and Privacy
You agree that Civic FCU will have access to your name, wireless phone number, and any information that you provide in the exchange of text messages through the service. This information will remain confidential and subject to Civic FCU’s Privacy Policy.
