How did you select where you put Civic branches?

We strategically and thoughtfully placed our branch locations throughout the state, with 80% of our membership being within a 30-mile radius of one of our branches. Will you offer Safe Deposit Boxes?

No, Civic does not offer Safe Deposit Boxes.

The SECU branch that you have used in the past for your LGFCU accounts and services will remain open to serve SECU members. Check out all the ways we’ll assist you here.

All Civic locations have cash availability. We recommend talking with your local Civic branch if you are need of large amounts of cash. There are many ways to move funds and we want to ensure your safety in the movement of money.

If I open an account with Civic before the merger, will that impact my LGFCU account at merger?

Opening an account with Civic will not impact your LGFCU accounts. If you are in need of an additional account, we'd love for you to try out Civic ahead of time. There is no need to open a Civic account before transition; please know that if you are a member of both LGFCU and Civic, at transition you will have both Civic and LGFCU accounts; as an example, this will mean that you will have two checking accounts. You may then either leave as is, or easily convert into just one account.

As an LGFCU member, how do I get a loan if SECU isn't taking applications for LGFCU anymore?

You'll work with us at Civic to apply for any new loans. We can help you online, over the phone, or in any of our 11 Civic branch locations. The choice is yours! The new loan application process will happen directly with Civic and when your LGFCU accounts transition over in June you'll see any new Civic loans with your existing LGFCU relationship all in one place again.
