1. View accounts dashboard
Once you log in, you will see your accounts dashboard. This screen displays all your Civic accounts and cards, and any external or aggregated accounts you may have set up.
2. Select ‘Transfer’
Along the bottom of your screen, tap Transfer.
3. Select ‘Scheduled Transfers’
You will see upcoming transfers in any of your transfer series here.
4. Select desired transfer
You will see a list of your transfer series. Select the series you want to edit.
5. Select ‘Cancel Series’
This will take you to a new screen to confirm your decision.
6. Confirm cancellation
If sure, tap 'cancel series', or select 'never mind' to keep the transfer series.
7. View confirmation screen
Once you see this screen, you have successfully canceled the series.

2. Navigate to ‘Transfers & Payments’
Then, select Transfer Money from the drop-down menu.
3. Select ‘Scheduled’
Under Transfers, select the Scheduled tab.
4. Select the three dots
In the Scheduled Transfers section, locate the transfer you want to edit and click on the three small dots on the far right. Please note that if a transfer is scheduled for today’s date, it cannot be edited.
5. Select ‘View Transfer Details’
In the drop-down menu, click View Transfer Details.
6. Select ‘Cancel Series’
This will take you to a new screen to confirm your decision. To confirm that you want to cancel the series, select Cancel Series.
7. Confirm cancellation
If sure, click 'cancel series', or select 'never mind' to keep the transfer series.
8. View confirmation screen
Once you see this screen, you have successfully canceled the series.
