Schedule reoccurring transfer

Device instruction type

1. View accounts dashboard

Once you log in, you will see your accounts dashboard. This screen displays all your Civic accounts and cards, and any external accounts you may have set up.

2. Select ‘Transfer’

In the menu navigation at the bottom of your screen, tap Transfer.

3. Select ‘Make a Transfer’

This will direct you to the next page, to enter the transfer information.

4. Select ‘From Account’

Choose the account from which the money will be withdrawn. All accounts eligible for moving money will be listed. You will see any Civic deposit accounts, lines of credit or any external accounts you may have set up.

5. Select ‘To Account’

Choose the account to which the money will be deposited. All accounts eligible for moving money to will be listed. You will see any deposit accounts, Civic credit cards, loans, or any external accounts you may have set up.

6. Select ‘Amount’

Enter the dollar amount to be transferred between the accounts.

7. Select ‘Frequency’

The frequency you choose will determine how often the transfer is made. Scroll within the drop-down menu to see the full list of options.

8. Select ‘Date’

Choose a date to initiate the recurring transfer series.  The date you select will be the date of the first transfer in the series.

9. Select ‘Series Ends’

Select the date that you want the transfer series to end. You can choose to end on a specific date or after a certain number of occurrences, or have the transfer recur indefinitely.

10. If you choose ‘On Date’

Select the date that you want the transfer series to end.

11. If you choose ‘Occurrences’

Enter the number of times you want the transfer to occur, within the frequency you chose in previous steps. For example, if you chose a monthly frequency and enter six occurrences, your transfer series will recur once a month for six times.

12. Select ‘Review Transfer’

Once you have entered all required fields, review the information you’re about to submit.

13. Review and Submit

After ensuring all the transfer and series information is correct, select Submit Transfer.

14. View confirmation screen

After submitting, you will see a message that your transfer was successfully completed or scheduled.

2. Navigate to ‘Transfers & Payments’

From the drop-down menu, select Transfer Money to view the Transfers screen.

3. Begin transfer

This page lets you make a transfer, review scheduled transfers and past activity, and make external account transfers.

4. Select ‘From Account’

Choose the account from which the money will be withdrawn. All accounts eligible for moving money will be listed. You will see any Civic deposit accounts, lines of credit or external accounts you may have set up.

6. Select ‘Amount’

Enter the dollar amount you want to transfer between the accounts.

7. Select ‘Frequency’

The frequency you choose will determine how often the transfer is made. The options for frequency of transfer range from one-time transfer to yearly transfers. Scroll within the drop-down menu to see the full list of options.

8. Select ‘Series Ends’

Once you select your desired frequency, choose when or how you want the recurring series to end. You can choose to end on a specific date or after a certain number of occurrences, or have the transfer recur indefinitely.

9. If you choose ‘On Date’

Select the date that you want the transfer series to end.

10. If you choose ‘Occurrences’

11. Review and Submit
