Edit scheduled transfer

This step-by-step guide is here to help make your Civic experience faster and easier! Your experience may be slightly different than this guide, depending on the device you’re using. If you need additional help, contact us at 844-772-4842.

Device instruction type

1. View accounts dashboard

Once you log in, you will see your accounts dashboard. This screen displays all your Civic accounts and cards, and any external or aggregated accounts you may have set up.

2. Select ‘Transfer’

Along the bottom of your screen, tap Transfer.

3. Select ‘Scheduled Transfers’

You will see upcoming transfers in any of your transfer series here.

4. Select desired transfer

You will see a list of your transfer series. Select the series you want to edit.

5. Select ‘Edit Series’

From here you can edit the series amount and description. Details such as the transfer frequency or series end options cannot be edited after the transfer details are set up the first time, the series must be canceled.

Pro-Tip

If you are unable to edit a transfer that’s scheduled for a future date, please contact the Civic Experience Center.

6. Edit desired amount

To change the amount of the transaction for this series, select the Amount field.

After entering the amount, the Edit Series button at the bottom becomes active. You can tap the button when you have edited the amount.

7. Select ‘Description’

To change the description of the transaction for this series, select the Description field. The description is optional for any transfer you set up, but it’s always there if you need it.

8. Select ‘Save’

After updating the amount and/or description, save your changes by clicking the Save button.

9. View confirmation screen

Once you see this screen, you have successfully edited the series.

1. View accounts dashboard

Once you log in, you will see your accounts dashboard. This screen displays all your Civic accounts and cards, and any external or aggregated accounts you may have set up.

2. Navigate to ‘Transfers & Payments’

Then, select Transfer Money from the drop-down menu.

3. Select ‘Scheduled’

Under Transfers, select the Scheduled tab.

4. Select the three dots

In the Scheduled Transfers section, locate the transfer you want to edit and click on the three small dots on the far right. Please note that if a transfer is scheduled for today’s date, it cannot be edited.

5. Select ‘View Transfer Details’

In the drop-down menu, click View Transfer Details.

6. Select ‘Edit Series’ button

From here you can edit the series amount and description, following the steps below. Details such as the transfer frequency or series end options cannot be edited after the transfer details are set up the first time.

7. Select ‘Amount’

To change the amount of the transaction for this series, select the Amount field. Once you enter the new amount, the Edit Series button becomes active. You can select that button if you are done editing the series.

8. Select ‘Description’

If you would like to enter or change the description of the transaction for this series, select the Description field. The description is optional for any transfer you set up, but it’s always there if you need it.

9. Select ‘Save’

After updating the amount and/or description, save your changes by clicking the Save button.

10. View confirmation screen

Once you see this screen, you have successfully edited the series.
