Device instruction type

1. Log into the Civic mobile app

2. Tap ‘More’

Tap More on the taskbar along the bottom of your app’s home screen.

3. Tap the ‘eStatement’ option

4. Tap ‘eStatements’

5. Tap 'View eStatements'

To view your statements (or tax documents), tap the blue View eStatements button.

6. Statements & Notices

Welcome to your document center! You’ll find your Civic account statements, notices, and tax documents here. If you have multiple accounts, all account statements will be included with that of your primary Select Savings Account. Accounts enrolled in eStatements will say View Document, use the drop-down menu to select the statement you’re looking for.

If you haven’t enrolled an account in eStatements yet, you can do so easily from this screen by tapping Enroll!

7. Choose your statement!

Select the particular month’s statement you’re looking for by expanding the drop-down menu of the account listed.

Your Savings Documents will contain a consolidated monthly statement document for all of your Civic deposit statements!

8. View your statement

Your statement will include multiple pages

1. Log in to your Civic online banking profile

2. Click the ‘eStatements’ tab

3. When the eStatements section opens, click on the eStatements option

4. Select 'View eStatements' button

5. View eStatements

Select a specific account to view its statement. 

If any of your accounts are not enrolled in eStatements, you can click Enroll from this page to quickly add them!

6. Choose the month and year

Once you’ve selected the account document(s) you’re looking for, select the specific month and year of the statement you need, then click the blue View Document link.

7. Statement download

Your statement will automatically download once you’ve selected the month and year and clicked View Document.
