Request a paper statement

Device instruction type

1. View accounts dashboard

Once you log in, you will see your accounts dashboard. This screen displays all your Civic accounts and cards, and any external accounts you may have set up.

2. Select ‘More’

Along the bottom menu navigation, tap More.

3. Tap ‘Account Support’

Select Account Support and a drop-down menu will appear. In the drop-down menu, tap Message Center.

5. Select ‘Compose’

Tap the Compose button at the top to start a new message.

6. Tap ‘Subject’

Select Subject and a scrolling menu will appear. Select Statements from the subject list.

7. Select ‘Account’

Choose the account for which you are requesting a paper statement, or choose Not Account Specific.

8. Tap the text box

Select the text box to begin writing a message requesting paper statements. Include any relevant information to help us better assist you.

9. Select ‘Send’

After you have written your message, tap the Send button to send your message. A Civic representative will be in touch to provide these documents to you.

2. Select the message icon

In the top right corner of your screen, next to your profile picture, select the message icon.

3. Select ‘Compose’

Click the Compose button to start a new message.

4. Select ‘Subject’

Click the Subject drop-down. Scroll to select Statements from the subject list.

5. Select ‘Account’

Choose the account for which you are you are requesting a paper statement, or choose Not Account Specific.

7. Click in the message box

Select the message box to begin writing a message requesting paper statements. Include any relevant information to help us better assist you.

8. Select ‘Send Message’

After you have written your message, tap the Send Message button to send your message. A Civic representative will be in touch to provide these documents to you.

9. View confirmation

After you successfully submit your paper statement request, you will receive a confirmation message at the top of your screen.
