Update profile

Device instruction type

1. View accounts dashboard

Once you log in, you will see your accounts dashboard. This screen displays all your Civic accounts and cards, and any external or aggregated accounts you may have set up.

2. Tap ‘More’

At the bottom of your screen, in the navigation menu, tap More.

3. Tap ‘Profile’

From the list, tap Profile. A drop-down menu will appear. From the drop-down menu, select Profile Settings.

4. Tap ‘Profile’

From the Settings list, tap Profile.

5. To edit your profile picture

Under the current profile picture at the top, click on Edit. Follow the prompts to change the image.

6. To edit your nickname

Select the pencil icon to the right of your nickname.

Pro-Tip

Your nickname is displayed at the top of every screen and is used to greet you throughout the site.

7. Edit text

Edit or delete the text in the text box. You can use a maximum of 10 characters.

8. Click ‘Done’

When you have entered your new nickname, click Done to save your changes.

2. Navigate to ‘Profile’

In the navigation menu at the top of the page, select Profile. A drop-down menu will appear. In the drop-down menu, click Profile Settings.

3. To edit your profile picture

Under the current profile picture at the top, click Edit. Follow the prompts to upload new image.

4. Click ‘Save Changes’

When you have chosen your image, click Save Changes.

5. To edit your nickname

Select the pencil icon on the right to edit your nickname.

6. Click the text box

Click the text box with your current nickname to edit or delete the text. You can use a maximum of 10 characters.

When you have entered your new nickname, click Save Changes.

8. To change your time zone

Click the pencil icon on the right side of your time zone.

9. Select desired time zone

Click the drop-down to view the list of time zones. Select your desired time zone from the list.

10. Click ‘Save Changes’

Once you have selected your desired time zone, click Save Changes
