Once the Control+ app is downloaded to your phone, you have to access the functionality through the Civic mobile banking app and widget. Otherwise, you will receive an error.

Having trouble using Control+? Try closing the Control+ app and the Civic app. Then, access the widget again in just the Civic app. This will usually solve any access issues. Tip: “Hide” the Control+ app from your phone’s home screen.

Whether traveling or completing an online purchase, use the Travel Plan function within Control+ to allow international transactions on your card(s). Just set the start date, end date, and location of your travel. Note: To update or remove a travel plan, contact Civic directly.
